DONATION REQUEST FORM
Due to the high demand of donation requests we have created a Donation Request Form. Please fill out the form in it’s entirety.
LB Snow primarily donates to organizations with a tax-exempt status (501 (c) (3)) or qualifies as a publicly supported organization (509 (a)). We prioritize programs that provide a direct impact to our community.
LB Snow does not donate cash, however upon acceptance of your request, we can donate gear, gift cards or rentals.
*Personal donation requests are not permissible.
*Donation requests must be received at least two weeks in advance of the fundraiser to allow ample time to process.
